Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) – USAR is completely built using FileMaker Pro technology. Getting rid of the old Excell spreadsheet method USAR organizes personnel, cache, deployments, canines, and training in an easy to use format.
ONTrack – ONTrack is a marketing solution that was designed around a the higher education model of business. Custom built for the Univesity of Utah they are now able to keep track of their marketing jobs and keep projects moving and on time! Built using FileMaker Pro.
ExtendedDay – Built to allow schools who have after school programs keep track of the kids coming and going and how much you need to charge at the end of the billing cyle. This programs even allows program coordinator to enroll the student into classes if offered with a different rate during their attendance to those classes. Built using FileMaker Pro.
Beginning School Scheduler – Similar to the Extended Day this solutions provides a simpler way to track students after school and how much they need to be billed at the end of the billing cycle. The version includeds a calendar view and waitlist features as class rooms get full. Built uisng FileMaker Pro.
Donations - For many organizations donations are an important part of business. It means being able to keep the doors open and the lights one. Donations allows these organization to track companies, individuals, plegdes and payments to make sure the lights get to stay on. The suite also have a built in process of sending letters and emails to donors for reminder and thank you letters.
MyServiceOrder - It is vital to ensure that booms on utility trucks are inspected routinely for safelty and repairs made in a timely manner. MyServiceOrder was built to ensure that your clients equipment is kept track up and gives you the upper edge that you can bill from the same program and send the invoice to QuickBooks without duplicate data entry. Built using FileMaker Pro and Productive Computing’s Quick Books plugin.
Online Scholarship Application – Tired of receiving applications through the mail? The Online Scholarship application was build using FileMaker Pro, Dreamweaver, and Productive Computing PDF Manipulator plugin. College departments can now setup of their own applications and publish them to the web all throught the FileMaker interface. This is a custom web publishing solution using FileMaker Server to deliever the content to the web.
Proposal Generator – Your sales team needs to be on the same page and they need to deliver quality looking proposals to prospective buyers. Proposal Generator does just that, which is deliver clean standardized proposals with the ability to send a PDF to prospective buyer and then generate an order form upon acceptacne of the proposal.

Patient Recorder – Being able to track patients, insurance, and their doctors visits can be quite challenging. The Miner’s Hospital faced just that. They needed to be track their clients and the diagnosis to ensure that each patient record was up to date and to verifty their elgibililty for insurance and other state funds.
